Kelsan solution provider offices are located around the world. These country offices include a combination of teams dedicated to development, customer services, sales, and marketing. National Research Council Kelsan has a partnership with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). Dr. Joseph Kalousek, a world-renowned expert in the area of rail wheel interface, leads a team from the NRC that collaborates with the company. This unique combination of the NRC's contact mechanics knowledge and Kelsan's friction management expertise had lead to more focussed and effective new product development and innovation processes at Kelsan. Lubriquip Inc. Kelsan has a partnership with Lubriquip Inc. located in Cleveland, Ohio. Lubriquip produces the on-board delivery system for KELTRACK® OnBoard Locomotive known as the Trackmaster LLIC™ On-Board Top of Rail control system. Kelsan works closely with Lubriquip to ensure the quality of each solution. Sumitomo Metal Technology Inc. and Eidan Kelsan has a partnership with both Sumitomo Metal Technology Inc. and Eidan, the major Tokyo subway operator. The subway system is undergoing revenue service and extended testing.
